How to use

Dry Rubs

Rub 60-80g of seasoning and apply equivalent amount of oil into 1kg of chicken meat. Set for 10 mins or more before pan fry or grill. Or use as taste required.

Premixes

Add approximately 60g of Pre-Mix on to 500g of beef. Add vegetables and 2-3 cups of water. Simmer for 1-2 hours until beef is soft and tender. 

Salad Dressing Premix

Hydrate the seasoning in oil for at least 15 minutes before use. Add to salad wherever acquired. For a richer taste, add balsamic vinegar to the salad mix.
