Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds & Exchanges


  • Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone since your order was delivered (based off tracking information), unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, it must be in the original packaging and if any contents are missing, it must be consistent with the complaint if any.

  • In most cases, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. In some cases, we may agree to cover shipping costs depending on the nature of the refund or exchange (e.g. there was an error on our part). 

  • This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the payment method used on online checkout.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping of your order may be deducted from your refund depending on the nature of the refund. If you have ordered using the 'Spend $X or more and delivery on us' promotion, then a sum of $5 will be deducted from the total order to cater for the shipping cost.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email

  • Exchanges are also possible if you have contacted us before the order is shipped out. If you have contacted us before the order is sent out, unfortunately, you will be required to pay for the return shipping for the exchange process.
