A Jamaican inspired spice mix that blends the rich flavor of cumin, black pepper and cinnamon. This gives off a unique flavoursome taste that will spice up any family dinner. Great for any white meat.

Usage:

Evenly rub 40-80g of spice mix onto 1kg of pork or other meat before cooking. Add same amount of oil (optional) or use as taste required.
