At the Australian Olive Company we are proudly Australian. We only use premium quality 100% Australian grown fruit, produced on our groves on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
We pride ourselves on maintaining consistency – all the way from the care of our crop, to the packaging of our product. Optimal time of harvest and the perfect balance between machinery and human interaction help our olives to reach you in their prime. Our olives have been tree ripened and naturally fermented using the traditional Greek method of fermentation. We believe in allowing our fruit to naturally ferment over many months rather than using the assistance of chemicals to speed up the process. Not only are you receiving a healthier and more nutritious product, but our all-natural flavours are unmatched in vibrancy and intensity, whilst maintaining a firm flesh.
