One of the classic flavours anyone can enjoy. If you plan to have a taco night, season the beef mince with our Mexican seasoning along with kidney beans and onions to give it that rich meaty Mexican flavour.

Usage:

Stew - Add approximately 60g of Pre-Mix on to 500g of beef. Add vegetables and 2-3 cups of water. Simmer for 1-2 hours until beef is soft and tender.

Rub - Rub 60-80g of seasoning and apply equivalent amount of oil into 1kg of meat (preferable beef). Set for 15-30 mins before pan fry or grill. Or use as taste required.

Dehydrated Vegetables, Spices, Salt, Sugar, Food Acids (262, 330), Herbs, Canola Oil, Smoke Oil, Lemon Oil.
