Inspired from the flavors of Montreal (Canada) where there, it is a dreamland of smoked meats with hot and grounded textures. This seasoning can be used a a dry rub to flavour steaks or other red meat either for a traditional grill or smoking.

Usage:

Rub 6-8 g of Montreal steak seasoning on 100g of meat, add 8 g of cooking oil. Mix well and set for 30 mins. Then cook on BBQ or smoker.

Ingredients:

Spices, Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Onion, Natural flavour, Herbs, Rice bran Oil.
