Derived from its roots in the Middle East, Sumac is an exotic spice bursting with citrusy tartness. Further enhanced with its combination of a savoury note, this blend is perfect for a bbq or grill. Ideal for white poultry (chicken or pork). Even better on your salads.

Usage:

Evenly rub 6-8g of seasoning to 100 g of chicken or pork. Apply equivalent amount of oil. Set for 10 minutes before grill or use as taste required.
