Product Details

Baharat, Arabic for "spice", is a blend of spices used widely in Middle Eastern cuisine. For those who love middle eastern flavours, this is the one for you. This magical blend can be used perfectly for a lamb stew at home.

Usage:

Add approximately 60g of Baharat Pre-Mix on to 500g of lamb. Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes before adding 2 cans of beans (drained). Continue to simmer for 30 minutes before servings.

Ingredients:

Spices, Dehydrated Vegetables, Salt, Sugar, Rice Flour, Canola Oil.
